On 21 March 2022, Andrew Dolliver and Joseph Luke Charleton of EY were appointed as Joint Receivers over certain assets of GEI (Newry) Limited and Dromalane Mill Limited. The appointment of the Receivers over certain assets of the Companies will have no operational impact on the Quays Shopping Centre and Dromalane Mill which continue to trade on a business as usual basis. The asset managers (Granville Asset Management) of the Shopping Centre remain in place fulfilling their existing role.
Andrew Dolliver is licensed in the United Kingdom to act as an insolvency practitioner by The Insolvency Practitioners Association and Joseph Luke Charleton is licensed in the United Kingdom to act as an insolvency practitioner by Chartered Accountants Ireland. Andrew Dolliver and Joseph Luke Charleton act without personal liability. The Joint Receivers may act as data controllers of personal data as defined by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (as incorporated in the Data Protection Act 2018), depending upon the specific processing activities undertaken.
